By accessing and using this website (joyfoulds.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. This website is operated by Joy Foulds based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, United Kingdom.

This site exists to showcase my artwork and to sell original paintings and prints. I reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of this website at any time, without notice, and without liability to you.

2. Acceptable Use

All content on this website — including images of artwork, photographs, text, and design — is copyright of Joy Foulds unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

You're welcome to share links to this website and to individual pieces on social media, provided the artwork is properly credited to me.

3. Content

The information on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional or commercial advice. While I do my best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, please note that the image you see may vary slightly from the original due to differences in browsers, devices, and screen settings — colours in particular can appear differently on different screens. This isn't grounds for a return, though I'm always happy to answer questions or send extra photos before you buy.

Some listings include a computer-generated (AI) image showing the painting displayed on a wall in a room setting. These images are provided purely as a guide to help you picture how a piece might look in a home, and the proportions, scale, and positioning shown should be treated as approximate only — they are not an accurate representation of the artwork's exact size relative to the room or furniture shown. The actual dimensions of each piece are always stated in the product listing, and it's these measurements — not the room image — that you should rely on when deciding whether a piece will suit your space.

This website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media, press features, or stockists). I'm not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external site, and a link doesn't imply endorsement. 

5. Sales

Artwork shown as available on this site may occasionally be withdrawn from sale — for example, if it has sold elsewhere, is being held back for an exhibition, or is otherwise no longer available. If this happens after you've placed an order, I'll contact you as soon as possible to offer a full refund or an alternative.

6. Security of Data

Payments on this site are processed securely through PayPal and/or Stripe; I don't see or store your full card details. I take reasonable care to protect any personal information you share with me, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security. 7. Site Management

I take reasonable steps to keep this website running smoothly and free from viruses or bugs, but I can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. You're responsible for using your own up-to-date antivirus software when browsing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
